La Petite Perriere
A modernised old wine chais, dating back to the days when every farm grew and produced their own wine.
La Petite Perriere is a sunny, detached Gite offering 3 bedroomed accommodation overlooking its own large heated swimming pool, (average temperature 28 degrees C) and terrace, all set within a secluded garden.
With 3 bedrooms this makes ideal accommodation for extended families of parents, grandparents and children.
The gite is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer etc. The gite has English and French TV and radio, video/DVD player and portable CD player. There is a good selection of childrens and adults DVDs, books and games. Free wi-fi connection to the internet is also available.
There are 3 good size bedrooms, two with double beds and the third bedroom with 2 adult size single beds. A cot and high chair is also available. There is a shower room with toilet, bidet and shower and a second separate toilet. The gite also has full central heating (see terms & conditions)

Adjoining is an “open fronted" chill out area for alfresco dining and relaxing, which also overlooks the pool.
To the side opens onto the play area for young children, with sand turtle and Wendy House, giving Mums a chance to relax whilst keeping an eye on the little ones.
PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND TERRACE 30 x 12ft with safety fence and lockable gate set within a large sunbathing/dinning terrace with soft lighting for romantic evening bathing and sundowners.
La Petite Perriere has it’s own private garden which overlooks fields and woods and our neighbours farm a field away. La Grande Perriere is close by, but in it’s own separate grounds, far enough away for privacy, near enough for help.
Peace and tranquillity is yours with an abundance of wild life, a real home from home with everything needed for a stress free holiday. We have sunloungers, garden furniture, large bbq, table tennis, badminton, swings and slide, games, toys and bicycles.

La Grande Perriere - Bed and Breakfast
Whether you need an overnight stop to further destinations or a week-end break or longer, in the heart of the French country side, La Grande Perriere is the perfect choice. Set with-in it’s own grounds with panoramic views over the Layon Valley.
Marble fire places, oak beams, beautiful chandeliers and oak floors are all to be found in our ‘Maison de Maitre’. Built in the late 1800’s and used by an important land owner to collect rents from neighbouring farms in the spring and autumn.
Open all year, you have the chance to unwind for a few days. La Grande Perriere is a popular place for artists with the Chateau des Landes and the miniature Chapel de St. Francaire in sight of La Perriere land.
Mini wine tours also make a popular break.
Horse riding breaks are also available.
